Changes in Units for Sale

 

New listings – up 25.58% compared to the March 1 – 7, 2015.
 
Pending listings – up 13.35%
 
Sold listings – up 44.33%
Changes in Price Ranges
Prices for the Week of February 28 – March 5, 2016
Sold average sales prices decreased 4.23% to $332,709 from $347,408 in 2015.
Current Pending Listings = 4,406 with and average list price of $340,113.  In 2015 there were 3,915 pending listings with and average list price of $337,194.  That is a 12.54% increase in the number of pending listings and a less than 1% (0.87%) increase in average listing price.
